IN CASE OF A POWER OUTAGE

If there are numbers on your digital meter that indicates you have power to your meter, you need to contact an electrician.

FIRST:
Check your own fuses or circuit breakers. If we are called to your home and the problem is a tripped breaker or blown fuse on your side of the meter, you will be assessed a trip charge.

IF IT IS NOT YOUR FUSES OR CIRCUIT BREAKERS:

any time of the day or night. Our toll-free number is 1-800-278-0166. A line crew will be dispatched.
