Below is a diagram with some helpful information on your Dual Fuel Receiver:

If top Left is red. Water Heaters are being controlled. This is controlled the most frequently for short periods of time. Top middle is yellow. It will be on only when we have Electric Heat controlled. Top Right corner is red. We are not charging heat storage. Bottom Right is green. There is power to receiver.
